Government extends vaccination deadline to December 20

The government, through the Ministry of Health (MOH) has decided to extend until December 20th the deadline for mass vaccination against Covid-19. This is a campaign that started on October 20, and was originally supposed to end on October 27.

In a statement, the Ministry of Health indicates that during the extension period, all individuals who are part of the target groups and others from previous phases, who have not been immunized, will be vaccinated.

The third phase is aimed at individuals between the ages of 30 and 49, living in rural and urban areas," reiterates the MOH.

In addition to the group mentioned above, the MoH also reminds us that this phase is also intended for individuals aged 50 years or older and pregnant women from 12 weeks of age.
