The Prime Minister, Carlos Agostinho do Rosário, revealed last week that the executive is preparing a proposal for revision of laws applicable to provincial executive bodies as part of the consolidation of the decentralization process underway in the country.
According to Carlos Agostinho do Rosário, the proposal, to be submitted to the parliament next year, will clarify the competencies of the provincial decentralized governing bodies and the representation of the state in the province.
"The instrument will also review the formula for setting the budget limit for the provinces," assured Carlos Agostinho do Rosário.
The governor also said that the government will continue to invest in strengthening integrity and fighting corruption, simplifying administrative processes and procedures, computerizing and personalizing employees and agents of the state.
