Galp Moçambique has already opened applications for a new edition of the Generation Galp, a program for young people who share the ambition of creating the energy of the future.
The program is aimed at recent graduates or students in the final stages of their master's degree, in the fields of Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Legal, IT, Logistics, among others.
The successful candidates will have a one-year paid internship contract, meal allowance, transport and health insurance.
In order for participants to get the most out of the experience and enhance their skills and talents, the trainees will join various teams, in which they will take an active role in implementing Galp's main projects and businesses, while developing a unique and comprehensive vision of the reality of the company and the sector.
At the end of the programme, trainees have the chance to join one of the leading companies in the Mozambican energy sector, committed to decarbonization through some of the largest investment plans underway in the country and in other geographies where it is present.
With 25 years of history in the Galp Group, the Generation Galp was the gateway for more than 550 of the company's current employees, including a director and several top managers.
Created with the aim of integrating high-potential young people into the company's culture, the Generation Galp is committed to attracting young talent and developing professional skills by creating sustained and lasting links with Galp's different teams and business areas.

In addition to Mozambique, the 2024 edition of the Generation Galp has open applications for young people in Portugal, Brazil and Cape Verde, some of the countries where Galp operates.
