The General Inspectorate of Public Administration, in Gaza, has found that there are civil servants who receive salaries and respective allowances even after they have left the employing entity.
The Provincial Delegate of IGAP, in Gaza, quoted by Radio Mozambique, says that most of the time, these are individuals with management positions in various departments, who are transferred to other entities, in addition to receiving salaries, they are also paid a management bonus.
The source also says that during the inspection days held this year in twenty-four public institutions in Gaza, it was found that the criteria adopted by managers in the evaluation of state employees were not clear.
It should be noted that a similar situation occurred months ago, where we had the case of "phantom" military personnel who earned salaries without ever having had a military training.
