On Friday, the Democratic Movement of Mozambique (MDM) tried to convince the electorate that the right candidate to solve the nation's problems is Lutero Simango, the party's presidential candidate.

According to the political party, the leaders of the Mozambican nation no longer care about the people, which is why the civil service is facing a shortage of everything, with even silent strikes and threats to stop activities.

"This shows that the people are tired. They need peace and quiet. And that can only happen with the MDM and Lutero Simango in power. Bet on us for a better future," appealed António Cigareta, head of the MDM electoral brigade in the 07 de Setembro neighborhood in the city of Chimoio.

In its vote hunting model, the party continues to favor interpersonal contact, and in this it has also asked people to bet on Elisa Madrige, the MDM candidate for the post of governor of Manica province. (Source and Image: AIM)
