Entrepreneurs from Gaza want to internationalize their business

Entrepreneurs from Gaza Province see the Business Mission to South Africa as an opportunity to internationalize their business.

Gathered last Thursday, 10th of February, the economic agents from the Transport and Agro-business sectors, specifically producers of pineapple, brandies, rice and fishermen, who are part of the business delegation that will travel next March to the Limpopo Province, understand that South Africa could be an ideal market for their production and a business opportunity that will serve as a stimulus to increase production and productivity.

During the Mission, the entrepreneurs will participate in the cassava and its derivatives fair and will take with them products made with cassava, such as tapioca and cassava flour. Pineapple, cashew nut, tilapia fish, brandies, honey, rice piri-piri and malambe liquor, are products that the entrepreneurs from Gaza will take to exhibit in the several exchange sessions with South African entrepreneurs from Limpopo province.

The Executive will make a presentation of the potentialities of Gaza Province, at the 3rd Annual Agricultural Conference under the theme: "Our Unity Ends Hunger and Poverty".

At this moment, mobilization and consultation meetings are underway with the Executive Board of DEP in Provincial Focus. The highlights of the Mission will be the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding and visits to agricultural fields to exchange experiences regarding cassava production.
