A businessman was kidnapped near the 1st Police Station of the Republic of Mozambique (PRM), in the city of Maputo, this Saturday morning.
Our source says that three armed men kidnapped the citizen Bharat Kumar inside a store selling alcoholic beverages in Rua António Fortunado, when it was 10 o'clock in downtown Maputo.
Inside the establishment the kidnappers took the customers and employees hostage, and then fled in a white car with an unidentified license plate.
According to our source, the 56-year-old victim is engaged in selling cars in parks and is engaged in selling alcoholic beverages.
The spokesman of the Police Command of the Republic of Mozambique in Maputo City, Leonel Muchina, confirmed the kidnapping, and referred details of the occurrence to another time, advances a national portal.
This Saturday's kidnapping is the second in less than a week in the country's capital.
