Two citizens were murdered and another two injured after being shot this morning in the backyard of a house in the Namicopo neighborhood, Nampula province.

An amateur video to which we have had access shows the bodies of the deceased and the wounded, one in the leg and the other in the arm. One of the bodies of the victims is inside the house, with traces of bullets in his arms.

O MZNews tried to contact the Police of the Republic of Mozambique to find out more details. It has not yet been possible...

The accounts in the video do not mention the identity of the shooters, but say that they broke into the yard and "started shooting".
