Beyoncé is the most awarded singer ever at the Grammys with 32 awards

Beyoncé é a cantora mais galardoada de sempre nos Grammys com 32 prémios

Beyoncé made history at the 65th edition of the Grammys, which took place on Sunday night, February 5, in Los Angeles. The former Destiny's Child won four Grammy Awards, making her the most awarded artist of all time.

As reported by Magg, the 41-year-old won four of the nine categories for which she was nominated: Best Dance/Electronic Album ("Renaissance"); Best Dance/Electronic Recording ("Break My Soul"); Best Traditional R&B Performance ("Plastic Off the Sofa") and Best R&B Song ("Cuff It").

These four Grammys enabled the American to reach the 32-award milestone and reclaim the title held by conductor Georg Solti (who won 31 during his career).

With this year's nominations, Beyoncé becomes, along with her husband Jay-Z, the artist with the most nominations ever in the history of the Grammys, with 88 nominations.

Harry Styles was another standout. The 29-year-old Brit won two Grammys, including perhaps the most important one: Album of the Year, when everything pointed to the album "Renaissance", released by Beyoncé in 2022, being the winner in this category. "Harry's House" also won the award for Best Pop Vocal Album.

Lizzo won Recording of the Year, another of the ceremony's main awards, for "About Damn Time" and dedicated it to Prince, who died in 2016, for being one of her great inspirations for making "positive music". Adele won best pop solo performance with "Easy on Me" and dedicated the award to her son Angelo.
