ANJE launches National Entrepreneurship Conference

The National Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Mozambique (ANJE) launched this week the IX National Entrepreneurship Conference in order to identify mechanisms for the internationalization of business, but also to seek funding for at least twenty business projects of young entrepreneurs.

Speaking at the conference launch, Mara Cancune, vice president of ANJE, explained that the event aims to identific alternatives for the recovery of young entrepreneurs taking into account the economic shocks facing the country.

She also explained that the event will take place in November and is part of the Global Entrepreneurship Week, under the slogan "The Future We Want".

"The event will serve to bring together various actors in order to drive the development of programs and actions that promote the growth of youth entrepreneurship in the country," he said.

According to Cancune, the association will focus on an inclusive approach in creating favorable conditions for business, covering various sectors, with emphasis on agriculture, livestock, fishing, mining and manufacturing, construction, energy production, services, trade, education, tourism, transportation, and financial activities.

Businessmen, entrepreneurs, academics, as well as members of the Government, national and foreign non-governmental organizations, and civil society are expected to participate in the Conference.
