The Minister of Transport and Logistics, João Matlombe, believes that the monetary value of acquiring a driving license is below the capabilities of a large number of citizens.

To this end, he assured that he had already instructed the National Road Transport Institute (INATRO) to digitize this document, in order to save money on printing.

"The government is going to digitize driving licenses in order to reduce the cost of acquiring the document," said the minister, quoted in a publication by Rádio Moçambique.
