Eight people lost their lives and three were injured in a road accident in the Uampaco area, in the municipal town of Macia, Gaza province. Among the fatalities were the musician Kossete and four dancers.

According to a Success TVThe accident happened around dawn on Monday, involving two vehicles and a total of 11 passengers. Seven people died at the scene, while another died at the health unit where she was taken.

Two seriously injured people were transferred to Xai-Xai Provincial Hospital, one of whom has already been discharged.

In another accident, which took place in the early hours of Sunday morning, a person lost their life in the 2000 neighborhood in the city of Xai-Xai.
