American rapper Shawn "Jay-Z" Cartes is accused of raping a 13-year-old girl with Sean "P. Diddy" Combs, raped a 13-year-old girl at a party after the MTV Video Music Awards in September 2000.

The accusation comes from a woman who told the US courts in October that she had been sexually abused by P. Diddy. But on Sunday, he amended the initial indictment to include Beyoncé's husband. This made Jay-Z the first celebrity accused of sexual violations directly associated with P. Diddy's cases.

Carter was identified in the initial process as Celebrity A.

A document quoted by the international media states that there were many celebrities at the party. They did nothing to prevent the rape.

In a statement to CNN, Carter called the allegations heinous in nature. "Anyone who commits such a crime against a minor should be imprisoned," he wrote.
