A video we had access to earlier this afternoon shows Members of the Polling Station (MMVs) signing ballot papers in favor of the ruling party, Frelimo.

It is not possible to ascertain from the videos where this took place, but it can be understood that the ballot papers should have already been enclosed in the appropriate box. In other words, it seems that the MMVs failed to comply with the order in order to commit electoral offenses.
