The independent candidate, Venâncio Mondlane, is carrying out his vote hunting activities in Nampula province, where he arrived from Cabo Delgado province.
In the country's largest constituency, specifically in the district of Larde, on Tuesday night, Mondlane pledged to intervene in various sectors such as agriculture and public services.
"The message I'm bringing is that I'm ready to fulfill everything I've said throughout this campaign. One is essentially to give Mozambique back to Mozambicans. The other is to convert all the potential, all the wealth that the country has at the service of Mozambicans," said Mondlane.
He stressed to journalists that the country is in a position to move from the ranks of the world's poorest countries to the group of the world's 50 most prosperous nations within five to ten years. "That's the same message I left throughout the country".
