Simango continues to hunt for votes in Cabo Delgado

Simango continua a caçar votos em Cabo Delgado

The President of the Democratic Movement of Mozambique (MDM), and candidate for President of the Republic, Lutero Simango, is continuing his vote hunting agenda in Cabo Delgado province today.

Yesterday, Simango visited the district of Ancuabe, where he promised the electorate the expansion of the electricity grid, the creation of a graffiti processing factory and jobs for young people.

He assured the electorate that, if he is elected in the October 9 vote, he will reduce the electricity rate in order to make life more dynamic for the population.

"The current [electricity] can't serve a few and leave others without it. In my government we will lower the energy tax so that everyone has access to better quality," he said.

On the other hand, he said that the rehabilitation of the region's road network, as well as infrastructure for education, is part of his manifesto.
