Mozambique could create a legal regime to regulate the purchase and use of aerial technological equipment used for civilian purposes such as image capture.
As the spokesperson for the Council of Ministers said earlier this afternoon, "the draft law establishes the legal framework for aerial surveys and cinematography for civilian purposes".
These are "principles, rules and guidelines to which aerial surveying and cinematography activities for civilian purposes must comply, as well as the supply of the respective products to the regulatory authorities", said Filimão Suaze.
During today's session, the Government considered and approved the Decree-Law amending Article 3 of the Notaries Code approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2006 of August 23.
The instrument allows police stations to certify the simplest notarial acts, free of charge for citizens, and lawyers with professional licenses to certify the most complex notarial acts.
The Executive also considered information on the Activity Report for the year 2022 as part of the implementation of the Action Plan of the Strategy for Responding to HIV and AIDS in the Civil Service.
