TAP was the target of a cyber-attack/cyber attack, in the night of this Thursday, August 25, according to an announcement made today by the company. In a press release, the Portuguese airline indicates that "TAP's security mechanisms were promptly triggered and the improper accesses blocked."
The company stresses that "throughout the night and early morning TAP teams have been investigating this event.
The company's document assures that the "operational integrity is guaranteed," and therefore there is "no risk to flight safety."
