Lady Gaga has confirmed her presence in the cast of "Joker: Folie à Deux," the highly anticipated sequel to "Joker." On Twitter, Gaga shared a short teaser where you can see his silhouette next to that of Joaquin Phoenix, who plays the famous DC villain.

It is not yet known what role Lady Gaga will play, with speculation that the artist may play Harley Quinn, Joker's girlfriend.

When news broke that a sequel to "Joker" was in the works, sources close to the project told "The Hollywood Reporter" that the film would be a musical.
