Currently, the road communication between the capital city Lichinga and the district of Mavago is interrupted by the collapse of a bridge over the Luatize River, and the same is happening with the district of Majune due to the collapse this Thursday of the bridge over the Litolanje on the N14.
Oreste Zezela reaffirmed that in both cases actions are underway to restore road traffic within days through the installation of a metal bridge over the Luatize River and the opening of a bypass in the section Lichinga -Majune.
The source said that the institution is prepared for emergency interventions in cases of road cuts.
