The Cabo Delgado government plans to produce more than one million tons of various agricultural products in the 2021/2022 agrarian campaign.
These are miscellaneous products, with more emphasis on about 866,000 tons of cereals, legumes, roots and tubers, and more than 160,000 tons of cash crops, in this case, vegetables, sesame, cashew nuts, cotton, and sisal.
The data was disclosed in the Milamba community, Chiúre district, a place that hosted the provincial-level ceremonies for the launch of the 2021/2022 agrarian campaign, which officially started this Friday, throughout the country.
