Private sector foresees for the third quarter a decrease in the stability of the business economy

The private sector predicts for the third quarter of this year a considerable weakening of the stability of the economy of Mozambican companies as a result of the third wave of covid-19.

The Confederation of Mozambican Economic Associations (CTA) fears that the third quarter scenario will be even worse than the first three months of this year, when many workers lost jobs.

This spectrum was presented last week in Maputo by CTA president Agostinho Vuma at the release of the second quarter 2021 business performance report produced by the private sector.
