WhatsApp has released an update that allows you to share 30-second voice recordings in the States, which disappear within 24 hours.

WhatsApp statuses were introduced in 2017 and in the meantime the options to post photos, videos, GIFs and also text messages have been added. Adding voice messages to statuses follows the popularity of this type of communication on the messaging app.
