On the afternoon of November 3, mobile phone operator Vodacom Mozambique opened another customer service branch in Maputo city, on Avenida Eduardo Mondlane.

It is a modern facility that reflects the brand's image. With the new store, Vodacom wants to demonstrate its latest technologies and most advanced solutions to individual customers and companies. Thus, the M-pesa mobile banking service has a dedicated and highly visible service area.

With the new store, Vodacom also intends to provide assistance to Vodacom Business customers in a designated section.

Visitors to the new store will also enjoy the digital zone, which includes virtual reality, E-gaming and a collection of IoT solutions.

The inauguration of the store was attended by Vodacom's CEO (Nuno Quelhas) and by the Secretary of State for Maputo City (Vicente Joaquim) representing the government, both of whom did not hide their satisfaction at the new achievement.
