US President Donald Trump held a telephone conversation today with his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, to align Ukraine and Russia on the parties' demands. 

In the conversation, Trump assured that everything was on track and that the White House would be able to share a more detailed statement with the exact aspects of the talks, which would be drafted by his Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, with the US Department of Homeland Security.

According to the international press, the Russian presidency has already announced an exchange of prisoners between the parties, with 175 Ukrainian soldiers being exchanged for 175 Russian soldiers.

The Russian president also gave Donald Trump assurances that he would not attack Ukrainian energy bases in the next 30 days, following his telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin yesterday.
