According to the same statement, it currently holds ISO 9001 (since 2018) and ISO 45001 (2020) certifications, for Quality, Safety, and Occupational Health, respectively.

"It is also a member of the International Association of Movers (IAM), an organization based in the US that brings together the world's leading players in this business area," the document states.

TL - Transportes e Logística' Lda has a strategy to implement, until the end of 2023, the environmental certification (ISO 14001).

With nationwide coverage, the company specializes in transporting goods and equipment, especially in the area of residential, national and international removals, office removals, transport and express services.

It also provides packaging, storage, and logistics services.

Its services are distinguished by speed, rigor, and accountability, investing in timely communication with customers and in a work of excellence.

In a sector dominated mostly by men, Kiluva Taveira Mocumbi, TL's General Manager, leads a team of 30 employees, highlighting "a day-to-day full of challenges".

For her, the company's success is based, essentially, on "Quality through Rigor, Speed, and Capacity in giving an adjusted response to the needs of each one of the diverse clients.

"The fact that we have our own means and good relations also at an international level, allows us to reach not only all provinces of Mozambique, but also other markets outside the country. We have established a high degree of trust with our customers," stresses Kiluva Taveira Mocumbi.

Despite operating in a very competitive market and sometimes marked by informal operators who distort the rules, TL has registered a sustained growth in turnover in recent years, both in terms of client volume and transaction value.

This year the company expects to consolidate its presence in the transport and logistics market in the Oil & Gas sector, providing services for the main players in Mozambique.

The company operates from Maputo to the whole country and to any part of the world, and also stands out for its social responsibility actions, often offering help in the transport and delivery of essential goods in areas affected by cyclones and other calamities.

TL belongs to the IPG Group with presence in Mozambique for over 20 years. The Group has over 200 employees and is present throughout the country, operating in sectors with high potential, particularly in the areas of engineering and infrastructure management, real estate, transport and logistics, and financial and management services.
