The World Bank is going to finance the rehabilitation of roads and the construction of bridges in the city of Quelimane, Zambezia province, with six million dollars.

The initiative is part of the reconstruction process following Cyclone Freddy, which hit the city of Quelimane.

The project was designed by the National Roads Administration (ANE) in partnership with the Quelimane Municipal Council, according to the coordinator for Urban and Local Development at the Quelimane Municipal Council, Francisco Bulaunde, who was speaking to RM.
