Parliamentary benches in the Assembly of the Republic say they will approve the proposed Law on the Single Wage Rate (TSU), one of the items on the agenda of the sixth ordinary session of Parliament, which starts this Thursday.
The Proposed Law on the Single Wage Scale will be debated this Friday, after being analyzed by the specialized committees of the Portuguese Parliament.
The Frelimo bench believes that the viability of this proposed law will dignify the civil servant, taking into account the current cost of living in the country.
Deputy Rafael Chande says that Frelimo will do everything to make important documents possible, and that they will have a positive impact on the lives of Mozambicans.
Renamo spokesman Arnaldo Chalaua says that the proposed Law on the Single Wage Board is urgent.
The spokesman for the parliamentary bench of the Democratic Movement of Mozambique says the MDM hopes that the approval of the new salary scale will improve the lives of civil servants. (RM)
