Carmelita Rita Namashulua, as Minister of Education and Human Development; Carlos Alberto Fo rtes Mesquita, as Minister of Public Works, Housing and Water Resources; Helena Mateus Kida, as Minister of Justice, Constitutional and Religious Affairs.

Ivete Joaquim Maibaze, as Minister of Land and Environment; Daniel Daniel Nivagara, as Minister of Science, Technology and Higher Education; Lídia de Fátima da Graça Cardoso, as Minister of the Sea, Inland Waters and Fisheries.

Carlos Joaquim Zacarias, as Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy; Silvino Augusto José Moreno, as Minister of Industry and Commerce; Josefina Beato Mateus Mpelo, as Minister of Combatants; Mateus Magala, as Minister of Transport and Communications;

According to a note from the office of the President of the Republic, he also dismissed Lucas Mangrasse from the post of Deputy Minister for Gender, Children and Social Action.
