Ukraine's PR speaks at Portugal's Parliament. Propaganda?

The President of the People's Republic of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, accepted the invitation to speak in the Portuguese Parliament. The request was made by the Portuguese President, Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa, in coordination with the President of the Assembly of the Republic, Augusto Santos Silva.

The revelation was made by Augusto Santos Silva, who received the confirmation through the Ukrainian diplomacy in Portugal.

Due to the current circumstances between Ukraine and Russia, Zelensky's presence will be virtual, by video call. Incidentally, this has been the case in several forums since the beginning of the armed conflict between the neighboring nations in Eastern Europe.

"I received the ambassador of Ukraine who already transmitted to me the acceptance of the invitation by President Zelensky," said Augusto Santos Silva, quoted by the TSF portal.

The process will take its course and there is no date yet for this intervention. It is expected to be now in April.
