According to "Notícias", these are Modesto Antonio Ruiz Espinoza, ambassador of the Republic of Venezuela; Kang Bokwon, ambassador of the Republic of Korea; Yerkin Akhizhanov, ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan; Mohamed Issak Ibrahim, ambassador of the Federal Republic of Somalia; Julio Fiol, Ambassador of the Republic of Chile; Erika Ylonca Alvarez Rodriguez, Ambassador of the Dominican Republic; Maria Del Rosario Mina Rojas, Ambassador of the Republic of Colombia; and Jarr Inalla, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
