Norway provides $10 million for humanitarian assistance in Mozambique

The Norwegian embassy has provided $10 million for humanitarian assistance over the next three years.

The amount will go to the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).

In this context, the ambassador of Norway and the representative of UNICEF-Mozambique today sign the funding agreement to support community recovery and resilience, education services, and protection of school-age children and vulnerable adolescents.

This fund can also be channeled through multipurpose centers in the provinces of Cabo Delgado and Nampula.
