The Mozambican and South African governments are meeting today (18) at the Ressano Garcia border crossing to discuss issues relating to the functioning of the border.
The information was provided by the spokesperson for the Council of Ministers, Filimão Suazi, on Tuesday afternoon in Maputo, at another ordinary session of the Council of Ministers.
It is known that the border at Ressano Garcia has been operating under conditions due to the demonstrations called by the presidential candidate, Venâncio Mondlane, in protest at the election results.
The interruptions to the operation of the Ressano Garcia border crossing have caused enormous economic damage to both countries.
