A group of Frelimo members were found with several voter lists and cards. It is not known in which district, but it would have been in the city of Nampula, reports CIP Eleições.  

The CIP publication indicates that this is an electoral crime that has been committed with impunity in all Mozambican electoral processes.

Some of the lists and cards were in the wallet of one of the young women. They (an adult and a young woman) were caught collecting cards and card numbers and when they realized it they tried to run away, but two were neutralized.

Elements of the community, probably belonging to opposition parties, conclude that the lists are of people who have already voted, because they have been marked with discharges, a procedure that should only take place during the vote.

In the last edition, CIP Eleições reported that in Eráti, in Nampula province, an official from the Eráti District Health, Women's and Social Action Service, who happens to be the head of the Administration and Finance Department, went to the community of Nanhança, Namapa's administrative post, this week to collect voter registration cards and download them from the electoral roll.
