LAM, Mozambique Airlines, transported passengers for half an hour on a plane with problems with one of the doors.
Reports from several passengers on the flight that took off from Maputo for the city of Pemba were that it was aborted when it was identified mid-flight that one of the doors was faulty, writes news website Integritry.
The website says, quoting sources, that "after half an hour's flight, we had to return to Maputo. One of the doors has problems. We've just landed in Maputo." The situation left several passengers in a state of terror.
It's worth remembering that in recent times there have been recurring scandals related to LAM aircraft breakdowns.
