The Hollard Moçambique Seguros group now owns 100% of the shares in Global Alliance Seguros, thus opening up space for its expansion in the domestic market.

The announcement was made on Tuesday during a press conference held by the company's management in Maputo.

Hollard thus remains a leading insurer in Mozambique, with a strategic focus on expanding its presence and growing its reach within the market.

"This acquisition directly supports this goal, enabling Hollard to fulfill its purpose of empowering more Mozambicans to create and secure better futures," explained Henri Mittermayer, CEO of the Hollard Mozambique group.
