Fidelidade Ímpar has just presented its new branch in the city of Pemba, Cabo Delgado Province.

Located on Avenida Alberto Chipande, in the Pemba Mall building, the new space represents a significant milestone for the Insurer, consolidating its expansion policy and deepening its close relationship with the market.

The new branch is in line with Fidelidade's global standards of quality and excellence and has an experienced team to offer all the insurer's services, from general information on available solutions to claims handling and customer support. The new space aims to further improve the experience of customers and partners.

The presentation event was attended by the Provincial Governor of Cabo Delgado, Valige Tauabo, who highlighted Fidelidade Moçambique's commitment to investing in Pemba and challenged other companies to do the same.

Carlos Leitão, Chairman of the Executive Committee of Fidelidade Ímpar, said that the "new space not only reinforces the company's commitment to excellence in customer service, but also reflects the ongoing aspiration to accompany and care for people throughout their lives, from a perspective of proximity and greater trust".

The event was also attended by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fidelidade Ímpar, members of the Provincial Government and leaders of public institutions and economic associations in Cabo Delgado.
