This afternoon, the Mambinhas Under-23s face Namibia in a semi-final of the COSAFA Cup.

The match takes place at 3pm at the Nelson Mandela Bay stadium in South Africa.

The Mambinhas are through to the semi-finals after beating Botswana 3-1. In the other semi-final, Angola will meet the Comoros.
