Unlicensed School Balls Fall Apart

The National Inspection of Economic Activities (INAE) ordered the closure of schools in Maputo and Nampula for operating without the proper licenses.

INAE made the decision in the last two months. These are three technical education establishments discovered during the inspection.

The chief inspector of INAE, Rita Freitas, advanced the information last week. She said there are still many schools in this situation. She said the inspectors are on the hunt for these institutions to regularize the situation.

Cited by the newspaper Notícias, Rita Freitas appealed to parents and guardians to remain vigilant. One of the weaknesses of these schools is the issuing of certificates.
