As part of improving its commercial strategy, Amaramba Capital Broker, an institution dedicated to the intermediation and brokerage of securities, has changed its commercial name to Amaramba Capital Dealer.

This action, which took effect last August, is the result of the consolidation of the relevant position that the institution has achieved in recent years in the Mozambican capital market, leading the managers to consider an institutional refoundation.

It was in this context that the company changed its corporate structure from a brokerage firm to a financial brokerage firm under the name Amaramba Capital Dealer - Financial brokerage firm, SA. The institution has also adopted the status of Specialized Treasury Bond Operator (OEOT), where market segmentation and the management and mobilization of investors play a decisive role.

The OEOT, awarded to the institution in October of this year by order of the Minister of Economy and Finance, allows it to take on the design of a new configuration of the main business structure in the domestic capital market, constituting a solid pillar for shaping the future and projecting institutional sustainability.

Joaquim Bazar, Founder and Executive Partner of ACD, says that the changes made "reflect an important step in the continuous search to improve the institutional strategy".

"One of the critical success factors in Amaramba Capital's history has been precisely the optimization of the suitability of value propositions for different market segments, always associated with a business area, as well as its ability to innovate, dare and change, anticipating future challenges," he said.

At the same time, Amaramba adopted a new visual and corporate identity, reinforcing the quality of its services and prioritizing customer satisfaction, with a view to unifying the different autonomous identities that previously existed.

Also as part of the change of corporate identity, the institution changed its physical address to Rua dos Desportistas n° 918, Edifício Jat V-3, 5° piso.

The ACD Executive Partner also adds that "the refoundational direction introduced by the new logo and the recent transformation of the corporate regime will allow the domestic capital market to face the entry into a new economic cycle with confidence and optimism".
