In the context of the search for peace, political stability and social harmony, the President of the Republic says that a meeting with the political parties with representation in the provincial assemblies is coming up.
Daniel Chapo also said that after this group, the dialog will be extended to other sectors of society.
"We are continuing a process of dialog that began during the last cycle of government. We are well on the way, almost one hundred percent to closing the terms of reference, but at the last meeting we came to the conclusion that after all there are other political parties that also have representation in the provincial assemblies, even though they don't have representation in the Assembly of the Republic," he said in an interview with Rádio Moçambique.
"This is the stage we're at now and we think we'll soon conclude the document that will be signed and then we'll move on to the next stage, related to the integration of other social groups into the dialogue," he added.
In the interview, which will be broadcast in full this Monday at 8pm on Radio Mozambique's Antena Nacional, the head of state talks about his first hundred days in office, the process of economic recovery and political dialogue.
