A team of Chinese technicians will soon begin prospecting for minerals in Gaza province, in the south of the country.

Zircon, uranium and gold are the miners in the spotlight, whose research will determine the existing quantities and ascertain their commercial value, with a view to their exploitation and export.

According to a source quoted by RM, the prospecting activities will be carried out by technicians from the Chinese Geology Research Institute of Jiangx.
