Each member of the Mambas will receive 250,000 Meticais as a qualification prize if Mozambique qualifies for the African Nations Championship. And if the Mambas win against Benin, the FMF will give another 70,000 Meticais, totaling 320,000 Meticais for each player.

For the national coach, Chiquinho Conde, the amount doubles, meaning that he will receive 500,000 Meticais as established in the contract between the parties.

An official FMF source quoted by "O País" said that the amount was agreed between the FMF management and the players even before the start of the CAN qualifying phase.

The Mozambican Football Federation is currently open to private partners to increase the prize money for the national team, which plays a decisive match next Saturday at the Zimpeto National Stadium.

Meanwhile, in terms of tickets, the FMF will put 39,000 tickets on sale from Wednesday. Tickets for the Mozambique vs Benin clash will be priced at 100 and 200 Meticais for the sun and shade stands, respectively. The FMF will also sell tickets at a price of 3000 thousand Meticais for the boxes.
