The Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators of Mozambique (AVITUM) are holding an end-of-year get-together tonight in Maputo City, under the slogan "Promoting the Improvement of the Business Environment in the Tourism Sector in Mozambique".

According to a press release, the event aims to review the sector's main challenges and bring the parties together to solve them in the face of the festive season and the resumption of activity post-Covid-19.

The event will be led by the minister in charge, Edelvina Materula, and will be attended by leaders of travel agencies and senior officials from the National Tourism Board, INATUR.
