Sixteen terrorists have died in the last seventy-two hours in Cabo Delgado as a result of injuries sustained in direct combat with the Defense and Security Forces.

The fact was advanced by the general commander of the Police of the Republic of Mozambique, Bernardino Rafael, in the district of Quissanga, who was speaking to the population of the administrative post of Bilibiza.

According to the source that is quoted by RM other terrorists will have died from wild animal attacks.

On the same occasion, the General Commander of PRM, presented to the public four alleged terrorists, captured by the Defense and Security Forces, in the district of Quissanga, where a couple and their son, who appears to be four years old, stand out.

The commander-general of the PRM explained that the captured terrorists will be handed over to the courts, for the appropriate purposes.
