The authorities confirm the location of two of the three bodies missing in the wreck that occurred on Thursday (08), in Nacala Port, in the province of Nampula.
According to the Maritime Administrator of Nacala, Adamo Rachide, the bodies were found near the Sousa beach, where the wreck occurred.
For now, a joint team, under the command of the Maritime Administration of Nacala, the Lake and River Police, and firefighters are proceeding with the removal of the bodies in order to deliver them to their families and hold the funerals.
This increases the number of fatalities from four to six. And search operations are still continuing for the identification of the third missing person.
The incident occurred last week when more than 20 people were returning from a traditional ceremony on the high seas for the expulsion of evil spirits.
