Description
- Mixing, preparing and baking pasta and pies;
- The bakery opens every morning;
- Attractive organization of the shop window;
- Request for more supplies;
- Preparing and creating new and exciting baked goods;
- Ensure that all baked goods are ready at the time of opening;
- Mix the dough, prepare fillings and toppings for sweets;
- Be able to decorate cakes using techniques;
- Attend daily production meetings;
- Cleaning and preparing all baking materials for the specific job;
- Work alone or in a team to execute a recipe;
- Using industrial equipment to facilitate efficient production;
- Ensure that all bakery products are stored and packaged appropriately.
Requirements
- Completed high school;
- Knowledge of bread, pasta, pies and savory snacks;
- Knowledge of baking;
- Fluency in English;
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a baker;
- Preference is given to residents of Cabo Delgado province.
