Full-time job vacancy for a Senior Mining Process Engineer in Tete, Mozambique.
Description
- Responsible for developing process routes for mineral projects, with an emphasis on technological improvement and monitoring innovative technological solutions;
- Responsible for developing feasibility studies for mineral projects, as well as planning technical and engineering studies to support the business assessment areas in their decision-making;
- Analyzing process data, planning experiments and analyzing statistical results, evaluating the process using simulators;
- Planning the execution of work plans, research projects and multidisciplinary research;
- Knowing parameters and sizing process equipment;
- Seeking to develop new processes and technologies, with a view to correcting deficiencies in current processes and proposing improvements;
- Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes;
- Evaluating processes, taking measurements and interpreting process data;
- Developing and/or evaluating the company's engineering processes and projects, carrying out/checking mass, water and energy balances, flowcharts and evaluating the appropriate use of equipment, with a view to the proper progress of projects.
Requirements
- Higher education in Mining and/or Metallurgical and/or Production Engineering, or other related areas;
- Advanced knowledge of the Office Package;
- Minimum 6 years' experience in mineral processing;
- Experience in implementing large-scale projects;
- Mozambican nationality.
