Vivo Energy Moçambique, the company that holds Engen's commercial license, proudly marks its 5th anniversary, reflecting on a remarkable journey of growth, innovation and commitment to providing high-quality energy solutions to the Mozambican market.

Since its creation in 2019, Vivo Energy Mozambique has been a key player in the country's energy sector, providing reliable and sustainable solutions that drive the nation's progress. During its journey, the company has successfully faced challenges, embraced new opportunities and earned the trust of its customers and partners.

Over the last five years, we have significantly expanded our fuel retail network from 19 to more than 50 service stations across the country. This expansion was designed to meet the growing needs of consumers and to strengthen the company's presence in various communities in Mozambique.

In our mission to serve the community, we partner with organizations such as the Yellow House Association, through which we support orphans and disadvantaged children and nurture their bright future. In our commitment to excellence, we are relentlessly dedicated to serving and investing in the community, employing young people from the surrounding communities at all our fueling stations, supporting the systematic reduction of unemployment in the country.

Along the way, we pride ourselves on promoting gender balance and empowering our workforce, with 46% of our employees being women. We believe in the power of diversity and inclusion, recognizing the valuable contributions of women in all facets of our operations.

It is a privilege to celebrate five years of success, years that have not only been a chapter of growth, but also a journey of community empowerment, changing the lives of more than 2,000 families of local young people who contribute to the development of the Vivo Energy Mozambique project, venturing into the aviation and lubricant retail business lines.

As the Exclusive Authorized Distributor of Shell lubricants in the country, we have been supplying lubricants to our customers through B2B sales.

Since one of our objectives has always been to make the most of this partnership in order to continue to be ambassadors for excellence, we have recently extended our reach, bringing a unique standard of service and top quality lubricants to the market with Shell Oil Change Points for vehicles.
