Girl Move wants to activate the talent of young Mozambican women

Girl Move Academy has just launched a two-month digital experience to "awaken and shine" the talent of young Mozambican women. "Rise & Shine" is the name of the International Leadership Academy's new program that promises to activate the talent of women leaders and changemakers just a click away. The program is supported by a fund created by Virgínia Coutinho, founder of the Lisbon Digital School.

"The new Leadership Academy program is born from the dream of wanting to scale its impact in Mozambique, through a digital platform that will connect thousands of young Mozambicans in a 100% digital learning and inspiration experience. This dream was also shared by Virgínia Coutinho, founder of Lisbon Digital School, who, despite leaving too soon, left a huge legacy and decided to join our movement to support this pioneering and innovative program, through her Fund," reads a statement.

The program lasts two months, and features methodologies for reflection, innovation, and connection, through videos, inspiration tools, and challenges always guided by mentors and trainers, two hours a week. In addition, it is 100% free.

Registration for Rise & Shine is open until July 15, through this link. In just 24 hours, the program had already registered over 1000 applications. "This is one of the first steps Girl Move Academy takes in its process of international growth and expansion, to create a global community that believes in and champions the role of female talent in transforming the world."
